Arrowfall is a puzzle game published by Freshcodes Technology ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with information when you play it. It covers the Android and iOS versions of Arrowfall.
The short version. The game itself works offline and keeps your progress on your device. We do not run servers, we have no account system, and we never see your puzzles, scores or settings. The one thing that leaves your device is an advertising request to Google AdMob — and a one-off in-app purchase removes even that.
Your levels, stars, scores, daily streak, saved game in progress and your settings are stored in the app's own storage on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere, not backed up to us, and not shared between devices. Removing the app removes them.
Arrowfall shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To select and measure an ad, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent party under its own terms. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Where ads appear: a banner on the level summary screens, a full-screen ad you choose to watch in exchange for an extra life or an extra hint, and an occasional ad when the app is opened. Nothing is shown over the puzzle board itself.
The "Remove ads" upgrade is sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on where you installed the game. The store handles the payment and tells the app only whether the item is owned; we never receive or store your payment details. Restoring the purchase on a new device asks the same store, not us.
Arrowfall contains no separate analytics or crash-reporting service. The app stores operate their own aggregate statistics for any app you install, which we may see in summary form and which never identify you.
Arrowfall is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will act on it.
Because the game keeps your data on your own device, you can see and erase all of it yourself: "Reset progress" in Settings clears your stars, scores, streak and saved game, and uninstalling the app removes everything. For the advertising data processed by Google, exercise your rights through Google My Ad Center and the device controls above, or write to us and we will help.
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing release notes.
